Isnt it weird its always around 3am you wake up. I remember when I was going through grieving and very stressful time when dad died and I always used to wake up 3-4am.
Don't know much about sleep patterns but I think that's when you go into lighter sleep? Weirdly I sometimes get the same sort of thing about 3-4am if I've stayed up all night too - start feeling nervous and worried and thinking lots

I have been on Anti D's for five years now since my Mum died. My doctor never asks how I am now, but just automatically gives me a repeat prescription.
I would like to come off them, but at the moment I am so teary, so it probably isn't the right time, but does that mean they are not working
