Right, I'm going to venture out to the supermarket and town. Then that's it. Whatever I can't get in supermarkets today I'm doing without!

  • Hello again,

Thought making scrambled eggs for mum would cheer her up but I was wrong. I am not too thrilled myself either. My motivation has definitely gone. feel utterly miserable. Wish to God I could just snap out of it but everything is such a bloody mess.

Sorry guys, just needed to spill somewhere.

Sorry for how you feel Buffy.

I got home at 00.45 after leaving work at 15.20. I work 20-ish miles from home.

I am so tired and I have work I need to do from home (I was allowed to leave early yesterday if I took work). I'm so shattered and lacking motivation.

At least not driving to work today is saving me petrol (best MSE consolation?).

My Dad was the same last night - it took him 9 hours to get home about 20 miles then he had to clear their drive (at 1.30am) before he could get parked on it:eek:

According to my optician the following 'exercise' can help improve the muscles in your eyes that control focus which would mean your eyes would be less strained... Simple things like hold a pencil close to your face and focus on it. Gradually move it away maintaining focus all the time. Repeat 5 to 10 times twice daily and it should help reduce eye strain
