Right, I'm going to venture out to the supermarket and town. Then that's it. Whatever I can't get in supermarkets today I'm doing without!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Hello again,
Thought making scrambled eggs for mum would cheer her up but I was wrong. I am not too thrilled myself either. My motivation has definitely gone. feel utterly miserable. Wish to God I could just snap out of it but everything is such a bloody mess.
Sorry guys, just needed to spill somewhere.

Sorry for how you feel Buffy.
I got home at 00.45 after leaving work at 15.20. I work 20-ish miles from home.
I am so tired and I have work I need to do from home (I was allowed to leave early yesterday if I took work). I'm so shattered and lacking motivation.
At least not driving to work today is saving me petrol (best MSE consolation?).Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -

According to my optician the following 'exercise' can help improve the muscles in your eyes that control focus which would mean your eyes would be less strained... Simple things like hold a pencil close to your face and focus on it. Gradually move it away maintaining focus all the time. Repeat 5 to 10 times twice daily and it should help reduce eye strain26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
