Please can I join. I have been following the 2009 thread but not doing much else. Welcome to one of the friendliness threads on here
Had a terrible year as lost Dad in July and lots of other bad illnesses and everything with family and friends - Hoping 2010 is a much better year.
So sorry 2009 was a bad year, but hope 2010 is more positive for you.

I really love Christmas and normally drive everyone mad with planning (though not this year) but I have to say I thought I was organised till I read the threads.
I bet your more organised than u think you are, don't forget we had the year to get ready.
I have 2 DDs 18 & 9 who love xmas to and am looking forward to be organised and money neutral next year and getting the little one to be more crafty.

    Thanks for all your ideas

    Again welcome to the thread,

I have just had mince pie, woo woo (premixed cocktail vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry- £1.99 or 3for £5 from Iceland - 70cl bottles 4% so quite handy to have in,

DD decided Father Christmas has too many Whiskys so he has to have something different, - didn't eat the carrot.... cut the top off so it looks like Rudolphs eat it.

think it was 2 yrs ago (she was 5), been to see Father Christmas, and just as we were going, she said, "when you come to see me can you bring the glass back you took last year!!",The poorman didn't know what to say..... have to leave the evidence.

    xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

Argos have some xmas paper in the clearance section, or may be worth hanging on and checking halfcost.
