Hi guys, quick question - does anyone have a poem or anything for a pint of socks?? I've never done one before, but my brother has asked for socks for Christmas so I thought I'd have a go! Hubby has sourced nice pint glasses (branded - Carling I think? - 2 for £1 in a local shop) and I'll pick up some black and white socks next week. THanking you in advance!!

mummyslittleboy - did she give an explanation or apologise? I'd ask how much and when you'll get a refund!

smiler- i looked at your blog, lovely makes and i become a follower, i have the pint of socks poem, but its on my other laptop, i`m in birmingham ready for hobbycrafts show at NEC, i can post it friday if no- one else has it.

mum2 one - OMG what a worry, that was, i spent 4 hours yesterday in sheffield, getting an iphone as vodaphone has taken my sons money and not give him a phone. Lets hope the dsi arrives soon safe and sound and good luck with the stall xx

mummylittleboy - get ebay involved and paypal, you need to do both and demand a full refund. I hate it when something gets lost. I posted out a £12 parcel and lady said it didnt turn up, I give her money back straight away, and i`ll sort it out with post office. Mind you i hate ebay sometimes. A newby bought something for £3 and said although she seen it in photo she didnt realise it looked like that and gave me a negative. I didnt really know what she was on about but emailed and asked and offered a refund but she disappeared never to be seen again, so after 557 positives i have a negative.

Well doe cookie crumbs on your productive "working day" lol xx

mummyslittleboy that's awful about your ebay purchase. hope you get an explanation, apology and refund soon.

I ordered both boys' pressies the other day and they arrived today:j we have got them an ipod touch each. we bought refurbished ones from apple. they come with a year's guarantee so should be OK. I had enough for one in paypal from ebay sales and surveys and will have to make enough for the second. I wanted to get it ordered in case they sold out.

hiya girls.

Just been to work today and not feeling great still! Never mind , busy few days coming up but 2 of them offer a little bit of money from babysitting. My wages are draining fast out the account lol.

Can any post a photo and instructions to pint of socks as my brother and dad get socks every year as a "little" present.. x thanks in advanced.

I`ll post some labels friday if no-one does before as i said previously i`m at NEC, in hotel ready for tomorrow, i might live to regret this ....but been in shop nearby and got a lovely photoframe reduced from £15 to £3 and 4 boxes of brads reduced from £5 a box to £3 the lot. OH said its coming out of my spend for tomorrow but knowing him he`s joking, I hope:eek:
