I hate it when people sell crap and pretend it's something wonderful
I bought a black dress advertised as new with tags. It arrived laundry grey, stinking of smoke and covered in deodorant marks. HMPH, unscrupulous ebayers. And a friend recently bought a pram advertised as excellent condition, it arrived dirty, smelly and scratchedOrganised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Hi all
esmer - love them they look so lush.
mummyslittleboy - sorry to hear about ebay (some people, don't know how they sleep at night) you should def get refund.
Well not alot christmassy around here, taken three days to get sorted after coming home from hols. Back to it now though, been to lidl today, they have some crafty packs for christmas decorations and packages, 2.99 loads of papers, cards and embelishmaents in them plus some templates if you want to make their ideas. I then went to works to find some more crafty bits, attempting to make my own cards this year (having seen how nice they look on another thread). I am really struggling to find some snowman stickers/attachments in white, blue or silver. Does anyone know where I could get some from please???
Well anyway I made 2 cards last night, they are not too bad as i am new to it all, maybe see about getting some stamps/cutters in the new year if I enjoy it.
Ds (3 in feb) and I are making chocolate slabs this afternoon and decorating with lots of bits he's chosen. He saw picture in magazine and decided that's what he wanted santa to give everyone this year, little one's are funny sometimes! lolGC Jan £200/£200.78 Feb £250/£156.07

Dreamt about beads though... lol Some of the stuff I've made is on my blog, but haven't uploaded the recent pictures off the camera yet! lol

Hi, hope everyone ok, ditto here with the Evans order - mine got cancelled.....
Survived the rest of the holiday - got back safe and sound Sun ngt, then the fun starts - Mon looking round for Miss Hoodies dsi XL, asked where it was...... oh I think I've left it in the packing......NO we have unpacked everything......ah I know I had it in the car...... trust me you didn't - you sat in the front seat controlling the cds.... mamma mia and cheryl cole for the whole journey... oh I remember you had left it on the table Sat ngt so I put it back in the cupboard.....
Major panic - she only had it for her bday - and 8 games as well, rang the site Mon - left message on ansaphone - noone rang me back yesterday - rang again this morning, - got through and the person I spoke to was from another park - he had no idea about the caravan etc, he rang back I've looked and can't see it... did you look in the cupboard that I gave you directions to......NO..... can you look, He rings back 10 mins later, we've found it. I was never so relieved, there suppose to be posting it back today special delievery, he saidf is recorded ok, NO it only covers £30 value - she only had the thing a month so plz do special delievery, took £10 charge for the delievery...... so fingers crossed should be here soon, but i've told her if it doesn't turn up she will have to replace it herself. It was put with the computer, all ready to pack, I checked the cupboards bar that one, as dad had used it to store Baileys stuff in, so presumed he had emptied it.......
On a positive side have got a table top booked for a craft fair - see if my jewellery sells,.......
xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Oh blimey mum2one - thank god they found it!! Typical eh?? Good to have you both back though! Even if it is 'sans' DSiXL! (For now!)

Hello all :j
Not done much today except cover three diaries........seemed to take me an age to decide whether to use fabric or paper.......which one .........decided on paper in the end then found I'm a bit short of half way decent peel off numbers to put on the front. Going into town tomorrow so fingers crossed our craft shops got something.
The ones I've done look ok anyway.........just need to work out how many more I need.
You all seem busy and well organised.........:T
I'm trying to be.........:rotfl:
mummyslittleboy - hope you get ebay problem sorted.
mum2one - hope the jewellry sells ok-might make up for the panic you just had .I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Hello everyone
mum2one - thank goodness they found the DS. I always leave something behind when I go away, no matter how much I check everywhere - it always happens!
mummyslittleboy - that's cr*p about your ebay. I've never had a bad experience, probably because I don't use it that much, but I've heard some horror stories. Hopefully you'll get a decent refund.
I've had a productive day today "working" from home. Made 3 dozen cupcakes and made a start on the Italian pickles for my Dad's hamper! I have written a report as well though and just emailed it to my boss so I don't feel too guilty!
Went to Asda yesterday, they have all their Christmas decorations and bits and pieces in. I had to physically restrain myself from buying anymore cards and wrapping paper. I must have enough for the next ten years already.
Anyway, hope everyone is good.0
