Hello all :j
Been fairly 'organised' today............well sort of.
OH finished off sorting the fridge out........wouldn't let me do it so I carried on painting some little pebbles as plant markers for foster daughters gardening pressie......done Sage, Thyme, Parsley and Basil...........thats it for her now otherwise the little trug I got her will either fall to bits or everything will spill out.............lol
MIL's box of cards all done now OH's got the stamps to put in it. Just need some brown paper to get it wrapped up.
Made Easter card for little grandson -forgot I hadn't made him one................... Bit of a senior moment or several I think.
Neighbours daughter hasn't turned up to hoover:( Have to give her a ring I think.........expect she forgot and really it suits me for her to come later this week.
Got one lad moving out who's been in foster care with us and on Saturday another moving in who's coming with his girlfriend and 1yr old for a few weeks.............than found out last night another lad who used to be here is popping over Saturday for a coffee;) They both lived here at the same time so be a nice surprise for each other.
Every intention of tidying my desk (honest !) but didn't get round to it...............:( Really must do it tomorrow !I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Great challenge mum2one
Well done Rufus on your bedroom..
I've had a head start on the challenge as recently I've been doing the kitchen de-cluttering and cleaning but still lots to do.
Mary, must tell you that I think your painting pebble idea for the gardening hamper is really good.
I bought something today that I've never got before and as it's gardening related thought I'd mention it to you for any future hampers as it was only £1 in the cheap shop - metal thingies that look like tent pegs but they are to use to hold down netting or string or seed packets or keep plants in position in wind etc.
Raven - I must look up bargain crazy - amazing only 1p!
Hi everybody, hope you had a good day. How many coffees Sarah?0 -
Angela - wasn't really my idea..........saw it on someones blog I think when I was trying to think of some plant markers for her. The ones I saw had been really neatly painted with the herb names..........bit unlike mine............lol Still, OH gave them the nod so they can't be bad.:)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

The Dairy book - is that the one you used to buy off the milkman? My mum had one of those - used it all the while when we were kids and it literally fell to pieces in the end. It's funny how something as simple as a cookery book can bring back so many memories.I :heartpuls M.S.E.
