If anyone is interested - Asda (online only) have wii and ds games reduced. Some from only £4.91. Free post and packaging too. Just got one.
I'm not doing too well lately - I seem to be spending more than I'm making, and that's even without leaving the house!
As well as that kick up the bum (on the other thread) can someone please hide my computer so I can't see these bargains?I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Well done Jane. That's brilliant.
Does anyone know how much they've saved so far?
I gave up filling my spreadsheet out already. I have the other one allocating gifts sorted (well almost, I haven't put the last few on yet) so it's not all bad!I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Its quite on here, I seem to be doing the boots thing, getting vouchers and getting goods cheaply, olay`s on offer at the moment so I `m stocking these bits up for hampers.
Made some cards yesterday and some top gear things, I`m going to have to post them so you can all see them, I`ve taken the photos and thats about it.

Thats ok Elysia, I keep finding bargains, and really questioning if I need them, and then think hey, you only live once and most things can be returned if it was an impulse buy. Still I think MSE has cost me as much as I have saved :rotfl:
Bought a few choccy its from the valentines sale for hubby for our anniversary, extras really but for pennies very worth it.
Mothers day sorted, Sisters birthday sorted, although I have around 5 presents suitable for her, cant decide which one to give her though.
My little brothers birthday is in July, will check asda out thanks
I keep restraining myself on only buying amazingly good deals now as down by my bed i have loads of boxes filled with christmas goodies!!Comping wishlist for 2017

I'm redoing my gift spreadsheet - the old one is sending me crazy, it just doesn't work for me.
I've never bought this many gifts before an occasion - do you tend to wrap them early or closer to the date? I'm not sure whether to wrap them now or not! (I mean like birthday gifts etc which are done..)Sealed Pot challenge #508

I have one sheet for presents bought for birthdays, christmas etc, and then I can sort by name or occasion for easy reference when I need to see what I have bought or if I'm missing something with columns for savings and spent etc.
I then have another sheet for clothes and toiletries to see how much I spent on these items and so I can keep tabs on my toiletry bargains lol.
And another sheet which shows the money I have made, eg from surveys, vouchers, cashback etc. I use the total to work out how much I have offset for Christmas.
It seems I have offset £172.00 and have £20.00 left to make (which I will do through Dooyoo), I had spent £192.00 and the value of the goods were close to £1200.00!
As for wrapping I haven't bothered yet, just packed in boxes for me to trawl through later in the year, not quite that organisedComping wishlist for 2017

Hi all
On the subject of wrapping, did any of you see Katie Price's reality show last night? It showed her buying up most of Hamleys then on Christmas Eve sitting amongst the hundreds of presents and starting to wrap them.
So I think if I planned to buy as many as she does I'd start in January!0
