    Good morning everyone.

Dusty - glad yours like the Jermey James too, we need to buy the next six when I get a minute.

Things are slowly coming together here:

The food is all bought, things are defrosting and a lot of it is pre-prepped so hopefully NOT all day in the kitchen.
Downstairs is de-cluttered, it just wants a thorough hoover through now and a quick S&S for the kitchen and downstairs loo
I need to make up the guest beds and hoover upstairs plus S&S the bathrooms
I must do a HHC on the top hall and get the Halloween decorations in the loft :p

Thanks again everyone for the support and suggestions. If I dont get a chance to post again (we are off to see Alvin and the Chipmunks this afternoon  and then we have visitors for the next few days so will put my laptop away) I hope you all have a lovely and stress free Christmas.

    Morning ladies

Well DH came in this mrning looked at the state of the house and knew I'd been up late so waited until I came down instead of bringing me a cup of tea at 630 . Am breakfasted and have downed 2 mugs of essential brew to start the day.

Think its a bath and S/S the bathroom after that then I can potter/chill/visit etc as I really dont need to do any more prep until I do the veg etc tonight. Oh apart from tidying a couple of things away from the spare room.

smartie12 - Congratulations on your first anniversary
MOAM - thanks for the update on greenbee. DH was out that way last night and said the roads are worse again as some of the back roads have all this ice then with rain on top making them like a skating rink. Apparently 3 ambulances were crashed in Norwich alone last night
Valli and Jill - thank you for your lovely messages

Best wishes to all our missing flyladies and gents

Right I need to find my list but looks like I have internet problems again
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!
  • HHC - achieved the hoovering & de-cobwebbing before a ring at the door..

and an unexpected and unecessary bunch of flowers for a small person rescue I did on a snowy day this week - has given me a huge smile!

So after a chat to said small person & her mum, I'm having a quick drink and then on with the bathrooms (only need a quick S & S, and maybe a swiffer of the floor).

    See you in 30,

    Moam
Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.
