Boots after-Christmas sales - 75% off now over?

I had it last week. Don't worry, they send the parcel back to the deport and deliver it the next day

I was told this morning that the Middlebrook store in Bolton has had a lot of stock transferred there from the Trafford Centre, ready for the 75% off sale.

I have to drop my son off at preschool at 9 so won't be there until half 9. I hope it's not too mad as I'll have my 4 month old in the pushchair and I find people have no problems barging through yet get stroppy if they have to move 1 step forward so I can get through.

I only really want the toys anyway so am tempted to just get what I can online and not bother going to the store??

Ive never been on the actual 75% off day only boxing day.... so it is busy? I thought as its not advertised like the boxing day sale is (ie we always know it will be on boxing day!) that it might not be as busy? Or does everyone check forums like this for the date?!

So is it correct to say, that the day the 75% online sales start, the shops will have their 75% too?

My DH is kindly doing the school run on Wed so that I can get a head start to Boots. Will be a shame if I get there and the sale is on Thursday. So I was thinking to check the website in the morning before I head off.

Argh! Just checked my favourites, nearly everything has gone oos in the last 2 days.

There are a couple of things still there but not much. Looks like I'll be going to town after all booooo!

I was wondering the same thing, as my mum is taking my dd to school for me and because my husband is away my Dad is coming to carry my bags Don't want to put everyone out if i have the day wrong

Hubby has just picked up my recent Boots order from store my two Soap & glory Va Va Groom bags.

They are lovely & funky, they are birthday pressies for my 2 nephews so really pleased.

I too have an outstanding DHL delivery due to adverse weather conditions.

Am now going to try and get Thursday off work to in case the sale is then, but I hope its Wednesday. Asked in a store today and they claimed not to know.

Where did the Wednesday/Thursday dates actually come from?
