Some people are willing to pay a higher price, i for one have bought alot the past few days on boots website as i will not manage to get them online on wednesday or instore. They're items i really wanted for my children as ds2 is a mr men fanatic and i managed to get alot of mr men stuff, i'd have been gutted if i had missed out.

Hi, was in this Branch yesterday, not too much left at all, but did hear the SA's saying there was loads of stock to be put out, and they were making loads of room on the shelves where the sale stuff was. Only problem, they didn't let on if it was full price stuff or sale - Grrr........ Did have loads of the Chilli Pepper gold bags left though.

My Sister works at Boots and they have all been told the 75% sale starts on the 14th instore. I questioned her about this and she said its definately the 14th but maybe a small chance it could be the 13th. It's all quite hush hush apparently.

Sorry, don't know how to multi quote but also to op that have said similar to the above - the way I said it in my head was more whiney/jokey and probably my use of smilies didn't help. I don't begrudge anyone getting what they want at whatever price they are willing to pay. Obviously, if I wanted those items that badly I would have either paid full price or 50% It was the same as when people say 'who stole such and such an item from my basket?' - they aren't actually accusing anyone. Sorry if what I meant and what came across were two different things but this is often the way with the written word on these forums :rolleyes:

it better be the 13th which i am off work just by chance. This will be my 1st 75% sale.

now that i have heard liverpool street opens at 630am will go there then maybe bond street which seems to have a sales floor when I went there last week. will try and pop in there tomorrow to check whats on offer.

The things in my basket keep slowly disappearing...

Oh well, have bought a few things I really wanted in the 50% sale, although my last order says its been despatched, but on DHL website they say undelivered due to adverse weather.... Anyone else had this? Will they return my boxe's back to the depot, or try to deliver it when the weather is a bit better? I don't want to lose them, I has some S&G in there... :eek:
