any stock update @ trafford centre? TIA
  • Finally got to Telford Forge Retail Park store on my lunch just and it was chaos in there, all the shelves looked like a swarm of locusts had been through and people were walking round with armfuls of stuff...

Anyway - they have lots of alcohol gifts left and some of the Santuary glimmer sets left (cant remember what the set was called but in the gold coloured boxes), also quite a bit of FCUK men and absolutely tons of the chilli pepper stuff (did any stores shift much of that full price!?).

Was quite pleased with my own haul of bits for birthdays etc this year, got some chocs, botanics sets for men and women and mediterranean small gift bags, all in all £46 of stuff for £11.50!

Does anyone else get madly panicked like me when queueing to get onto retail parks and start thinking that every other car is full of people headed for Boots? Crazy I know.

  • I feel really p-d off that I paid £20 for a big thrill hatbox the other week and now it's £12.50. I actually bought 2. Wasn't expecting it to be in the 75% off sale, do you think they'd give me the difference? It arrives in store on Friday...

If you had waited until it had gone down to 12.50 you wouldn't have got one - they have completely sold out. You can chance your arm and ask them to reduce it but if you've already paid online chances are they won't.

Just got back from my local store for the 4th time today....those tooth brushes were not 75% off, there are a select few at 50% but that was it.

buy them at 75% and return the ones you have. You have 28 days to return even if something is in the sale x:money:

  • Well out of 27 females to buy for for christmas I only have four left to get.

Ive worked out that the stuff Ive bought (most in 75% off some in 50% off) the total at full price is £510.99 but with the discounts and paying for some with points I only paid £115.24! Plus have got 7 of the males sorted (I find men difficult to buy for!) plus 8 out of the 19 birthdays for the year. Very pleased with my haul :D

I sorted everythign earlier and have taken some items back that I bought in 50% off as found better things for the same price in 75%! Meant I gained £10 back in points £8 back onto my card and still have £16 worth to take back but aparently I couldnt do that in the store I went to! So after having £1.60 in points this morn I now have over £20 what will all the extra points on a spend vouchers and double points vouchers!

I went this morning and it was hetic! People were just shoving loads into bags. Some had gone in groups and someone would mind the bags whilst the others ran off. Saw some people with 10 big blue bags scattered around them.

Am also interested to see if anyone has been since I left at 10.30am and knows if they are putting more stock out? Becuase I bet alot of the shelves are bare!
