Going to give up soon as everyone will be getting up shortly and I wont stand a chance. Just regret the sleep deprivation as not been to bed....that will teach me I suppose!!
Maybe I've learned too, lol. I really suspected it would be best to set the alarm for 6am and see what's what then, but since I typically can't fall asleep until 2 or so, it seemed like a good idea to keep checking. And once you start checking, you want to do it for just a few more minutes ...0 -
Well the website worked long enough for me to recon prices and what I want mwahahahahaha - I shall be like a ninja to the store this morning.
Will post some pictures of the ensuing mayhem - if I don't make it back, tell momma I love her :-)0 -
arrggh..my alarm has just gone off..wonder if OH will let me take the laptop and dongle in the car...
will probably only get more difficult now as well, as ppl are waking..
Oh well, never mind, and good luck to all those still trying..June wins: 2 x Robbie Williams tickets, iPad mini, £200 skatehut voucher
A huge thank you to all posters xx0 -
I have the distinct feeling that anyone who went through all this and then goes into a store will buy more stuff than they would've, stuff they can't use, 'cause they've gone through so much and will just want to grab. That's what I'm worried about. With the chill and rain, I may not bother. Which is a shame, as now I can't get to sleep and it would be good to just go, but no car and nearly a mile in this weather ain't worth it for the 4 quid of crap I'd really like, lol.
I can honestly say I am going nowhere near a boots - I pretty much just wanted toys and they don't really stock much in my locals.0 -
