Mine did the same. Kept refreshing and eventually mamanged to get payment through. Got to next stage, the verfied by bank bit and crashed again - refreshed and so on. Had confirmation email now:j.

Im going to try till 6.15 then have to get kids up and ready for school, Im not going to be bitter if I don't get order as been lucky the last couple of years so I guess you win some you lose some, shame I dont have a store near me to go to.

Ive just woken up due to the exitcement of the sale, I first tried to access the website by my mobile phone, it worked was quite surprised to be honest

So thought i would get the old laptop out just to browse the site, as i have plans to go to the store in the morning, and the main home page wont even load!

so really just a headsup for anyone out their trying to get onto the site, and has access to internet on a mobile, give it a try!

I am another one who can't get past the check out page. I think I am going to give up and spend my money somewhere else. They have had a whole year to make sure they didn't get a repeat of last year. The site is really slow for me the rest of the year so I am not surprised to have problems at sale time again.

Boots pulled the 75% sale last year due to the site crashing too much so if its going to keep crashing again they might do same.
