I think there is fair reason for complaint this year as they have had long enough to fix the problem, last year alot of people just though poor Boots getting too much sale traffic, this year its more like why didn;t the get there fingers out of the arxes and do somehting about it !!!!!!!!!!!

Can't believe I'm waiting for checkout and items are disappearing before my eyes - been on here since midnight constantly (also on and off after 21:25 last night). :mad:

How are people managing to checkout with items and I can't?

I would definately recommend using paypal. It has taken me nearly an hour but if u are wait for it to load patiently it will eventually go through. I've been up all night so def gona get some well earned sleeped for a whole hour before i have to get up again. Night

Up all night and every time I try to pay it crashes, if I get that far. Exactly the same last year so I don't know why they don't contact loyal customers and give a priority slot, like Next? At least then they could regulate the number of people on the website.

If you are reading this Mr Boots then give it a thought please!

Not much left now so to bed for an hour then out to the store.

and the cruelest thing is ........every time I get to peak at my basket more and more stuff is OOS. Oh well...................money saved I suppose........will have to trawl home and bargain and the summer sales - its not as bad as it seems!

Going to give up soon as everyone will be getting up shortly and I wont stand a chance. Just regret the sleep deprivation as not been to bed....that will teach me I suppose!!

I have the distinct feeling that anyone who went through all this and then goes into a store will buy more stuff than they would've, stuff they can't use, 'cause they've gone through so much and will just want to grab. That's what I'm worried about. With the chill and rain, I may not bother. Which is a shame, as now I can't get to sleep and it would be good to just go, but no car and nearly a mile in this weather ain't worth it for the 4 quid of crap I'd really like, lol.

Been following this thread tonight - Boots site is bloody stressful! Luckily I managed to (finally) get my order through (only got a couple of bits) - not able to go in store due to agoraphobia so I hope if some of you arent able to order online you will get what you want in store. I need coffee but only got decaf phewww
