thats what happened to me, its so stressful, going through all this for nothing, like others on here Ive been up all night, Ive been following the thread on and off and even installed that auto refresh programme which helped. Now Im gutted cos I had some nice sanctuary stuff in my basket which will be all gone when it finally comes back on:mad:

what I don't understand it that if you have confirmed your order but you haven't paid for it because their servers have crashed that the items placed in your basket can then be removed to other customers ????0
