This is truly crap. The people who look after the site at Boots are not doing their job and they are costing the company millions in lost sales from the likes of us who want to buy and may not have bought previously.

Wont be doing this again, sort yourselves out Boots its not good enough

I also switched to Paypal and it seems to have gone through, although not got an order confirmation email from Boots yet...but do have the confirmation page in front of me.

ETA: confirmation email through :-) definitely would recommend Paypal over using a debit/credit card.
