Please can you invest in a decent server that can cope with the demand peak usage brings.

I have used your sites for years and am fed up with it crashing on payment screens, generic errors, baskets being emptied and general slow running.

Perhaps you could allocate priority slots to regular customers like NEXT do.

Also having a website down for 5 hrs whilst it refreshes is a complete joke.

You have lost my custom this year as my payment kept crashing and my order was almost £200. This is in addition to the hundreds of pounds I spent in 2009.

Unless you can give me some assurances that you will be looking into this problem I will never use Boots.com again.

put in verification code thing on site then site crashed dont know if order went through or not as when i can get back into site it shows everything is still in my basket had enough its been over an hour (i dont have the patience of some of you on here) hope everyone eventually gets what they ordered.

omg been up all night dozed at 4.40 mid f5 for omg 1 hr and now all this !!!!
