although digging around for other ideas, this sounds a good idea for a cake
3/4 cup sugar
3oz butter
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups SR flour
Lemon essence
Beat butter and sugar to cream. Add egg yolks (well beaten), then milk and essence, then flour. Bake in moderate oven for 35 min.

I'm late checking in today-I had a lovely pamper day at local nobby hotel and spa (Alexander House if you're interested!).Had japanese hot oil massage, facial,manicure,pedicure and blow dry.Ooh, and a lovely 3 course lunch too! Soooo chilled,and off out to party tonight with my tarty red nails!!!
