    Ames, i've let the cake cool in the oven overnight before. once it was cooked i just turned it off and went to bed!

    yeah, thats the one i make. it's fairly fool proof. Don't forget to wrap newpaper around the tin.

    yeah, once you put the mixture in the cake tin, wrap a double layer of newspaper around it. it provides a bit of protection so the sides don't burn. i used cotten thread to tie it one year as i couldn't find the string!

    Too tired to go ring shopping....

    Been to Ikea, I have never seen it so quiet...it was bliss...got DD's wardrobes and loads of other tat beside....

    Just chillin now before i go into brum to do a bit of shopping, a meal and then the cinema at some ungodly hour.

    I really must learn to read properly....the 5k run I thought I was doing tomorrow at 9am is at 11.30 which is good, but it isn't 5k its 5 miles......uh oh
