    Right, have spent this week's 'entertainment' budget on 2 x metal box files...how rock & roll...

    Need to get the kids properly dressed, then go out to collect said files, then attempt to get the filing under control. Then I need to drill holes and attatch coat hooks to the wall in the monster cupboard (under stairs), and buy a shoe rack.

    That cupboard is a bit of a black hole, and it depresses me every time I open the door. It would be a very useful room, if I could get it tidy!

    Have they even acknowledged receipt of the letter?

    It's difficult with the Christmas post as well, it will delay their response - can some one else follow up this I've got to go now - taking Family to free Chrismas event and crafts at Bolling Hall museum

    I recieved a letter yesterday saying that they are trying to get a copy of the documents and this can take up to 30days
