Mery Christmas Everyone
Is anyone here doing mystery shopping for eMysteryShopper? If so can you explain to me what the pay is for doing a survey without a purchase or refund, is it the figure detailed by the side of the invite? Also if you make a purchase as part of the survey do they reimburse you for the purchase and does the purchase have to be over a certain amount? Or do they just pay you a bit extra on top of the normal fee?
How do they pay you for doing the surveys? Can someone please tell me how the invoices/payments works please.
Dispite emailing them and asking them these questions they seem unable to answer them.
Any info would be great?0 -

Hiya, yes, the fee is stated next to the invite. They will also indicate the fee if you have to make a purchase. That is to go towards the purchase. It is not a reimbursement + fee.
You could make a small purchase below the amount and they will pay you the whole amount. It is difficult though because the fees are not much + the delivery fees would swallow up the fee. Anything over would have to be out of your pocket so it is important to choose sites which you would shop from anyway.
The other way to cover it is to opt in for the refund survey, order something light and return it cheaply.(I usually order pantyhose!) Some stores do free returns. The fee is to cover your time going to the post office or staying in waiting for the delivery guy.
The other thing to note of is the minimum amount the website require before delivery can take place. Supermarkets tend to have quite a high minimum (eg. £25 or £40!)
With regards to invoicing, the minimum to accrue is £15. If you have over that, click on invoice/payment and click on Build Invoice. They will send you a cheque on the next payment run.0 -
My questions already answered! Was just about to ask if anyone else had a minus figure payment pending on RE for a Jan!
Just picked up a shop job for Jan after a recent shop job where I picked up a DVD in time for Xmas, but apart from that it's just tonnes of pub food/drinks ones round here, but all with things I don't want to eat/drink or at odd times of day and no fees only reimbursement, so no pub trips for me at the moment.
As it is the fee's for the shopping ones are tiny, even with the reimbursement it's barely worth what with the questionnaires taking me so long to complete every time, unfortunately.0 -

Yes I can help you. You don't need to submit a claim. They pay by Bacs and send you an email telling you in a PDF file how it is made up.
Don't get a lot of work for them but there reports are superbly simple to do.Clique member no 1.:D0 -

You're telling me - I don't believe I've been paid such a large fee for such a short questionnaire - I ticked a few boxes and wrote a few sentences and was done! They haven't asked for a copy of my receipt anywhere but judging by what you're saying they don't want - they just trust me?0 -

Hi all, just popped in to wish you all a Happy Christmas.
Hollypear PM'd me recently just to say hello, which reminded me about this thread. I'm doing a lot less MSing nowadays, but still have some good regular jobs, so nice to see that things are still chugging along
Season's greetings to all MSers - and remember NOT to work for nothing/ridiculously low fees!:D
PS I'll be back to note the posts L and R of this one......Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
