Well my first New Year Resolution for 2010 is to do no more work for bl**dy RE.

Not only did they not refund a postage as promised in the notes of a job, they still haven't paid me for the job they say my daughter did (despite me explaining several times on the phone and by email - she is 7, you have mixed me up with someone else!), but the tin lid is now my payment for 10/01/10 is showing as a MINUS, so they obviously intend to deduct money for a job though I've no idea which one as they haven't bothered their !!!! to contact me (probably so I don't start saying "she is SEVEN" again).

ETA: - Oh and I've yet to be paid the referral fee for referring two people from on here.

Erm, is anyone else showing a minus figure for payments on RE? My Christmas day figure is showing as £40.56, then on the 10th Jan I ive got £-40.56??

Ah, just the read above! spooky, we posted at the same time! At least it's looking like an error now.

Just saw your post Miss Qwerty. Even if it turns out to be a mistake, I still intend to be a lot more discerning in 2010. I'm fed up running myself ragged for three quid.

my RE is showing minus figure for the 10/01 as well - I think its because they have paid 25/12 payment early - its probably just a system glitch

My RE account always shows as a minus unless I earn more than £28 ish. They messed up on my first every payment and haven't fixed it. Tried to pay me £28 more than they should have so that tracked on the system but the payment failed. They sent a cheque for the correct amount but didn't update the online system.
