Has anyone done one of the Mexican meals this evening? Mine was distinctly average and the service wasn't great. Also I burnt my fingers and mouth on my starter, as it oozed boiling liquid when I bit into it! Not good. Oh well it made a change.

Yes, below average erring on sh.ite

The 'refried' beans were, well, a sorry sight. Nearly got my pea shooter out to thwock them across the 'restaurant' to get the attention of the staff to get some flaming attention [they were that dried up and hard - the beans not the staff....although....]......

We've had really mixed experiences in those. Somedays it's brilliant and you can't fault it and other days it's awful.

The two worst ones were when the waitress put a sizzling hot skillet on the table right in front of Charlotte who was a toddler, and then looked at me as if I was mad as I yelled and grabbed Charlottes hands before she touched it! The other was a pre-booked Christmas meal, so they knew we were going for a family meal, so they sat us right next to a rowdy all lads party and a mainly female party who spent all evening exchanging rather rude suggestions. The boys couldn't believe their ears :o

Doesn't seem to me any method to it - I can't see the underground ones but I used to be able to & have done some - and haven't had a birthday since "insert banned shrug shoulders smiley"

I didn't see the last lot of underground ones either. I just assumed they were not realeased around London this time - I hope I will be able to see them in the future as I did quite a lot of these. I can see quite a few posh sarnies but the visit time doesn't fit in for me sadly.
  • Trying to report two supermarket assignments I carried out for TNS on Sunday but the receipt details don't match so their reporting system doesn't like it. I have emailed them 3 times to get the problem resolved but no reply as yet. Now they are sending emails saying if I don't submit the reportsd the jobs will get cancelled.

Does anyone know of a contact phone number for TNS?

Theres a couple on the first page of the thread under the TNS banner. I presume the one you'd need is the database one :D

I'd like to know if I've got the ones I've applied for as they are still pending. It would be nice to know if I have to go out in the morning or not.

Husband was asking my plans for the week and I said it depended on these jobs and his response was "oh f*** not more bloody eggs" :rotfl:

I had an Italian restaurant yesterday for lunch and it was distinctly fabulous! Not the Italian brothers we always talk about but another chain.

Does anyone know if there are age restrictions or anything on the TNS jobs as I can't see any DIY?
