I think she means the blue supermarkets.

Mine was the GR green one, and there was a fault on the system apparently but it was all sorted this afternoon so report completed now!

A long one this time though...........................

i find the allocation system really random on gr also :( i live in norwich but don't have a city centre postcode. I have only ever seen the supermarket jobs in norwich (which are not in my postcode area) but have never seen even one place in the city centre . however i have peterborough, yarmouth, lowestoft and corby in my postcodes. for the first three i have town centre postcodes and get offered quite a lot (esp in pborough) and i get offered neighbouring towns to corby despite having a different postcode! very strange! i have now changed my home address to a shop in the centre of norwich so heres hoping

  • My payment on RE seems to have passed over to next month. Now I know this happened last month but sorted itself out. Is it the same for everyone? Bit concerned as this is over £100 :-(

  • Bloody RE, phoned me 3.30 today begging me to do an urgent posh sandwich shop tomorrow, 8am - 9.30am, I said yes, but it's not showing up on my account, tried ringing back between 4.30 and 5.30 and it was constantly engaged and now it's going to answerphone saying call back tomorrow.

If anyone can see the posh sarnie shop at Bluewater could you please let me know the job number? If I can't get the job on my account I'm not going to do it and I'm deducting THEM 2 points!!!

Just been catching up with a few days pages on here and someone mentioned payment for the crisp jobs. I have got slightly lost along the way with fees due to having to repeat a couple of jobs. Should I invoice for both visits? I also got asked to do a job at a higher fee, but this was previously allocated to me and I just emailed them the photos (I told them of this prior to action). From what I can see, there have been mention of different fees along the way. I guess what I'm asking is this - If you have had to re-visit the store, will you request a fee for both visits? If you have had to email photos after previously uploading onto system, will you again charge twice?

I started off with a load of jobs at the original rate, a few of which I had to re-email. I'll charge the agreed rate for the visits, ie not for the emailing (although making the photos small enough and creating the zip files was apain in the bum!)

The ones I had to revisit, they offered an increased fee, so I'll charge for these ones again at the higher rate.

Tempting to charge them twice. I had 8 stores. 7 of them were uploaded twice and e-mailed twice. One was emailed a third time. The 8th store was fortunately just uploaded once.

If you don't mind me asking, why did some have to be re-visited?

I'm not sure if it was a system problem or a problem with the photos themselves. I uploaded one directly onto the system and they had no record of it as it was still showing "to do" on my list. I think they since found this one because it was removed for subsequent email requests. I agree with TG, it was a total pain in the bum. Not sure if I want to continue with so many if they decide to keep the project going.;)

PM-ing you, I know this company doesn't like being talked about on forums :)
