i have shopped both hsbc and barclays for different ms companies to that before. wonder if that is actually true as can't see why other companies want their clients a secret if they are happy to list them
if it is true m&S seem abit random for them as the rest are all financial companies
think i can guess what company tg is referring to based on previous discussions but if is invitation only not much you can do!
I have a Barclays job tomorrow and guess who that is with ? :rotfl:0 -
I think some businesses use more than one MS company. Maybe for different divisions? There is one supermarket that I've done jobs for via two different companies. Plus I saw a visit that I didn't get on a third site.0

Consumer Intelligence
Very impressive client list includes Marks & Spencer, Barclays, Churchill, HSBC, Budget etc. Located in bristol. In their own words:
"Consumer Intelligence tests, compares and benchmarks the performance of competing organisations using an in-house mystery shopping centre and external consumer panels. All data and findings are judged against five key criteria: accurate, meaningful, relevant, timely and useful.
Aren't Consumer Intelligence the company which mystery shops insurance companies? So it would be slightly different than mystery shopping Marks and Sparks and Barclays bank themselves.0 -
