Every time you spam the Mystery Shopping forum on the Moneysavingexpert website I am going to keep on reporting you and keep on getting you banned. :)[/FONT]

You know who you are, please man/women up and have a normal conversation about this, in my one and only post with my last log in I did not spam in any way, so I think you may just have a bit of a problem with me. Please open a normal path of conversation to fix this issue or keep hiding behind you PC.

I look forward to your comments from all. If you know who it is please let me know so I can report them for bullying!

Sorry for the negativity in this post but its the 5 time in as many weeks i have been banned for purely answering questions shoppers have and helping.

Best wishes for the new year, no doubt I will be banned by the end of the day!

    Max

Unfortunately Max, some people have too much time on their hands.

Can't shed any light on who it is unfortunately, hope you have a great New Year and that your company is up and running soon.

    Karen.

I'm so sorry this keeps happening to you Max! It is incredibly unfair. If I were you I'd contact the board guides and see if you can get confirmed as an official company representative?

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=305655
MSE TEAM PERMISSION: CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS

Company representatives are actively encouraged to post on the forum to provide good customer service to MoneySavers. They should not be using the opportunity to tout for business. We need to know in order to legitimise it. Where permission has been given for a company/person to specifically post there will be a note from the MSE Team. If someone has posted claiming to have been given permission but this has not been followed by a MSE team note please report it to abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

I've seen people from BT, Vodafone etc on here and they all have "I'm an official company rep" signatures and as long as you don't "tout" for business you'll be fine!
  • How utterly childish, talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face do you not want any jobs from Helion then?

    Hi Max,

Hope you have a great new year too!!! Sorry I also don't know who it is
  • Hi Max

Sorry you are having problems. Can I ask a question on another issue please? I did apply to your website before Christmas and understood I should get an email and then have to fill out further details. I haven't received the email yet - is it automated, or is it just delayed because you've been out of the office over the Christmas period?

    Thanks.
  • I've just got my first car circuit from Bare and it says to ring the dealer before I visit. I remembered this question being posted before (as it seems a bit strange to do that) so did a search and could only find one reply to a post.

So could I ask who does or doesn't ring before visiting as I have a few to do so wouldn't be able to plan even roughly my time of visit as it depends how long the previous ones take! Also I think most people wouldn't actually call before visiting in reality would they?
  • I never call in advance, unless the visit is close to the end of the day, just to confirm what time they close, and mention in passing that I would like to speak to a salesman.

I queried this with Bare on the last run. Was told that you "should ring to check they are open, but not make an appointment." Hope this helps.
  • Thanks peeps, that makes things easier :j

    Re: Bare Car Circuit

Just an additional thought. Be ready with false names and addresses. Many of these Car Companies are linked, even if under different names. Almost got caught out when on the third visit. I used the same postcode and had to watch the salesman over-write my details on his computer ! Thought he had sussed me.
