Could anyone tell me when I should expect ESA pay to be in my account. I had a statement from them for a few days ago now but nothing in bank.

Usually hits my account on the 9th of the month.

    Cheers everyone,
I tend to prefer these "lets have a chat" jobs than ticking off lists of bananas and bread.Banks are my favourites.

I will give it a try.
  • How quiet on here....

Everyone is obviously out taking photos!

I hope some of you have more lucrative activites today.

I'm here now! Just got back from shopping and getting holiday quotes. Quite a relaxing Saturday for me. This time last week, I had done a 100 mile round trip!
  • After todays shops I am thinking of becoming a holiday consultant...I know every region of Turkey, every airport, every hotel and all the latest prices....only problem is I can`t afford a holiday just yet!
I feel so depressed now, loads of brochures to look at, and I can still see the smiling faces of the consultants as I enthused about the choices offered.
Got to go through more of the same on Monday:embarasse

  • Hi
    Just need a little advice.
I did some MS between May and Sept this year, and hope to pick it back up again very soon.
I registered as Self Employed, but have noticed a Self Assessment tax advert on the TV today, stating tax returns need to be in by tomorrow. Is this for the period April 08-09? Or do I have to get my bum into gear and get my tax sorted asap????

    Thanks for your time.
    Steve :)
