Hi - quick query and apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place. I had previously done quite a few jobs for RetailEyes, over a period of about a year.
However, since Christmas, whenever I log on, it is just saying "0 active, 0 available"
This is strange for me, as I have quite a few "Designated areas". It's rare that I see "0 available".
I contacted them to see if it's a glitch in the system, or something I have done wrong (!) but not heard back.
Is this merely due to the fact that there are not many mystery shops around, or could it be something else?
    Thanks.
  • How quiet on here....

Everyone is obviously out taking photos!

I hope some of you have more lucrative activites today.
    :T

A ha! That was it. Thank you :)
I've never had to do that before, must be since they updated their website. Thanks very much, I can do some jobs now :)))

  • OK quick question.

How do I aprint off a scorecard for optimum contact?

Doing a bowling job this afternoon and I want to print it off to take with me. But the only one I can seem to be able to print is the sample scorecard which is already filled in.

    HELP!!!!!

    Sorry TG, can't help.

Have to admit I don't print these off.

I make notes from the brief in the trusty notebook and phone.

What's handy with this agency is you get an email with a copy of your completed report so I file that with my notes.

    Thanks anyway.

I've printed off the sample one, and will take that with me, and just make notes on it then staple that in MY trusty notebook!!!

Could anyone tell me when I should expect ESA pay to be in my account. I had a statement from them for a few days ago now but nothing in bank.
