I returned the items to the shops.

I read it as you had to return it unless you were visiting a Trade Store. Mine weren't; there are only a couple of those in the UK. Bare are lovely on the phone and answer emails quickly - I'd get in touch with them to confirm.

I've just emailed them. The wording is slightly ambiguous. Can't imagine them being sympathetic to me.

Bare advise that they'll reimburse UK shoppers as the stores don't accept returns apparently!

Personally I found them really easy........but not had any feedback yet on the quality of the photos. The renaming and uploading took about 30 minutes per shop, so less effort than filling in some reports IMO.

I've just been informed I'm not being paid for doing a PPI visit at a bank - TNS at their best.

My payment was delayed as I hadn't sent the form back but once that was sorted I think it was about ten days-ish

For the photos, it depends which shops you are doing. I found quieter to be better but you only really need to think about this for the one where there isnt a letter because the others are all about convincing the store this is what you are there to do.

The orangey ones are easy if you just get the job done quickly. having done 7 of them i know its a great feeling when you have got the pictures and leave.

Thanks for that Tomla - I am going to attempt the orange one today after work. It's that one that's scaring me a bit :o as the CNS aisle is right next to the tills in our store. I think when I've got that one out of the way I might be a bit braver!!!

I've just picked up too blue and a green (all near to my home) going to try and get them done this afternoon on the way home from work...have a stamp job in one of them and another stamp job just up the road from another one....I'll try and make the circle I have to drive in worthwhile!

You need to invoice them, as long as you've sent the starter form back there should be a button to send the invoice for the job you did, after that I think my payment was in after around 3 weeks.

I had 7 to do, taking the photos took 3.5 hours, 2 hours to rename and upload.

Then they wanted me to rename them all again and upload them to their own site, then they were happy for me to just upload them again, then they wanted me to e-mail them to them, then they chased me again to e-mail them again.

TBH they've been a total nightmare, but hopefully next month will be better as it does seem to be teething problems. If there aren't any problems they're just about worth doing.
