grumble RE grumble, wasting my time, grumble.

Apparently by bemoaning that fact I can't see any good jobs, they must have read my moan here, figured out who I am and started me not seeing any jobs - but are teasing me by telling me there are more jobs!

I think I might be getting paranoid. But that doesn't mean they aren't out to get me!

TractorGirl - have just sent you a PM :)

I've accepted some photo jobs locally for this weekend - am hoping they're not the ones people have been complaining about!! Not done anything for this company before but have an open audit Sat evening and then 4 photo jobs to be done before the end of the weekend. Am wondering if I would be best off going when it's busier so as to blend in with the crowds (but potentially struggle to get pics) or when it's quiet for better pics, but more chance of being spotted... oh what to do?!!

How long do ABAi usually take to pay for cat jobs? Am waiting on 2 and it's a bit of a lean month here so every little helps!!

For the photos, it depends which shops you are doing. I found quieter to be better but you only really need to think about this for the one where there isnt a letter because the others are all about convincing the store this is what you are there to do.

The orangey ones are easy if you just get the job done quickly. having done 7 of them i know its a great feeling when you have got the pictures and leave.
  • Why did I ever accept one of those flippin pharmacy jobs?! Am seeing what clothes I can wear to look larger than I am in preparation for tomorrows job. I am going to feel so ridiculous!

I am ever so slightly on the extremely thin side (always have been). I wear a thick coat for these jobs, otherwise I feel just a little too crazy asking about losing a few pounds. I did have my BMI measured on one of these, in a previous wave. They laughed and told me I was underweight. Surprise, surprise.

Didn't realise I'd done so much for gap last month, the amount I've been paid is almost double what I thought I was owed - even though it is the right amount! Glad its arrived at last though, my salary has been paid late this month too and I was starting to get twitchy about my dd's due out this weekend.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
