Could anyone tell me, please, what the surveys on emystery shopper entail. I have just been accepted by them and there are quite a few invites but am nervous of applying for any until I know what's involved. Any info will be much appreciated.0

Once you have been allocated a survey you will basically be going to the website and giving your feedback on different aspects of the site. On some you will need to make a purchase and then return it, but most you will just be evaluating the site and sending an email and making a phone call to assess the customer service. They are pretty straightforward.0 -
