I ordered another pizza last night, and they said 45 mins again. Then they rang me back and said that it would be quicker. Then not long after that the pizza was delivered by the manager, along with a bottle of coke which I had not ordered and apparantly was included free as a gift . I am assuming they have marked my address/phone number as "Mystery Shopper" on their files, which may mean I get priority service for the rest of my life :rotfl:
Our last one was delivered by BMW! The local manager has rumbled us too. It is great. It still meets the qualifying questions to allow you to do them! The manager knows my job, my kids names, what I like to eat and my budget!Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

I did the same job and the next time I ordered I got a call after delivery apologising for it taking so long (it didn't!) and saying there would be a free garlic bread on my next order.....Never happened before I MS'd it !!Climbing back on the OS wagon after a short vacation to Recklessness

Yes, they know me too - In fact on the top of the receipt, it even shows 'Mystery Shopper'! However, it's great if the kids want Pizza, as we always get such quick service!!!0 -

I have had a MS day from hell and practically escorted out of a shop
I had the same thing recently when working for one of the best mystery shopping companys. The visit was to a very respectable company and it had never happened before. I had the last word though because I reported in no uncertain terms that the person in question needed an attitude adjustment and gave the establishment a rating of 0 out of 10. So, keep your chin up, don't let it get to you.0 -
I was just talking to my Mum she retired from M&S a few years ago but met a friend who still works there in the cafe. Mum said it was unusual when she went in as the staff were more chatty than usual and smiling so she asked her friend what was going on...her friend said they'd had a MS visit and failed for being miserable so now they were doing everything but curtsey :rotfl:
Had a lucrative couple of days so I am giving myself tomorrow offI am doing as little as possible and I am currently wrapping myself around several vodkas...you have been warned

On the way home from msing this morning I was listening to Radio Kent (sad I know but useful for traffic reports). The DJ (can't remember who) was chatting about a pen he had that was a camera and USB - I decided that later today I am going to have to listen again on the i-player so that I can get details of said gadget...sounds like it will be a useful addition to the Mystery Shopper kit!
Very James Bond (well in my case Money Penny)!
That would have been very useful for me today
Thanks everyone for your support. I think that I really took it personally today which I shouldn’t have and I questioned why the hell am I doing this job! Its great to have people on here that you can talk to and I do love doing this job (well most of the time)

Sorry to hear about your day Redfox. I hope you mention about your treatment in your report. We are always here if you want a rant!0

Had a busy day today. Now have the report writing to do! Got another two shops to do tomorrow, so no rest for the wicked! Will try and take it easy next weekend but the lure of ms shopping is always too strong!0
