Though I had walked into the school playground here last night so left quickly!

Well I am mad at gap, did a petrol audit for them last Friday and sent results in as usual, it is now showing as cancelled/rejected! The same thing has happened to my friend too. I have e mailed them but no reply surprise surprise. I travelled 40 miles round trip for this audit so am seriously peed off! Has this happened to anyone else? I have heard that the whole programme has been cut right back but surely not once audits have been completed??

Is anyone else having difficulty uploading images of receipts and venues at end of RE reports. My images are all jpg which is the format the site says they should be but I get a message saying "invalid format". I have pm'd RE and emailed asking for help but no reply. I now have two reports sitting completed but am unable to submit them as cannot upload receipts etc. Has anyone any ideas what might be happening or what I must be doing wrong? This has only been a problem since RE upgraded website.

RE reports wont upload at the moment.

Mine has been saving since 9.40.

If you are going to try and submit a report...........................

Best cutnpaste any typed comments into a doc so that you dont have to retype/think again in a few hours.

Its back to the old reports agin and I am hacked off with this.

I am supposed to be doing a seafood restaurant tonight for RE. I think it has closed down! I cant get in touch via phone and a restaurant website that details restaurants, contact and people views says "now closed - new bistro coming soon!!"

Cant contact RE. Gutted! Not sure whether I shoudl go for a drive out there to see if its open.

Was taking my friend.

Should I double check?

I'd go and see, take your camera, and if it's closed, take a picture to prove it. When you go to submit your report it says "Did you do the job Yes/No" and if you select "No" it will give you options as to why, and one of them is that the venue was closed. Do that, then on Monday morning phone them and say you went there in good faith, you are very surprised as you wouldn't expect them to be as unprofessional as to send you to a closed venue, and ask for at least part of the fee back for your trouble.

You could also try a store next door and enquire if they're open

I asked about this earlier - all mine were cancelled/rejected after I had done them (considerably more than one!). I emailed (of course, with no reply). An earlier message here (can't work out how to link it) says that the number of audits has been reduced, but that poster had confirmation that their cancelled ones would be paid if they had completed them. I have some booked for February, so I really need to know what is going on.

i have completed bout 15 jobs with them so far- no problems but one job they sent me to did not have any public access so i emailed them to ask that i still get paid and it looks like theyve sacked me! help!


(rea the above email i posted here on 21st jan thanks for all ur comments - can anybody shed light in why they sent this! - they owe me cash cause one location i went to had no public acess and i still went, since im already sacked should i call them! - anybody got a number??)

A couple of months ago, someone at RE advised me to keep two RE windows open: the one you're working on and a second one on the homepage, not logged in. When you have finished your report, do not attempt to submit it without checking that you can log in in the second one and that it all runs smoothly. Not sure if this applies still. I have carried on doing it anyway.
