Ive got a feeling that they reimburse a straight £2 on the assumption that you spend £3 and get a £1 back in the return.Thats what I got last time although I didnt even have a receipt .

Did everyone get offered the membership without asking?

I managed to do 10 jobs so thats 60 eggs to eat! I didnt get asked once about membership and I only got my eggs checked twice.
  • I had a busy day lined up but after seeing the weather forecast I cancelled todays jobs. Typically all were jobs needing to be done by today. So wake up and the forecast has changed - my car wasnt even in need of defrosting! Grrrr. I've thrown away a ton of work!

My TNS job was a today only job, but if I try to get it back by applying again, it says 'day not matched'. Huh? It's for the 10th and that's today!?

Also could anyone explain why RE has 42 jobs available, yet i can only see about 10 in my list?? Where did the others go!?

Their website isn't working right since their upgrade. The number of jobs available goes up as new jobs are added, but it doesn't go down again when the jobs are taken!
  • Back from Bury from a successful shop. Canceled one job in Colchester and luckily Gap let me rearrange their job for next week. Very impressed with Gap. Now debating whether to bring my coffee and cake job forward today as I had planned to do it next weekend.

Snow thawing here and main roads are all clear. The grey skies put me off though as I nearly got caught out on Friday. One moment blue skies, next the skies darken and a blizzard arrives. The last thing I want is to get stuck in the snow somewhere but it is a nuisance having to cancel jobs or rescheduling as I need the extra money but it's not worth the risk!
  • If anyone is Colchester way, I just released a job with GFK. Work during the week and can't get down there to do it.
  • My RE payment has rolled over to - was showing as today for a job I did mid december and one over xmas, but now shows as in the next run.....

Has anyone else actualy been paid by RE today or have they rolled everybody's - one was for a spanish meal out and I could do with the money back!

I'm wondering if it's because the payroll staff weren't in at the end of the week do actually do the payrun due to the weather?

Yep mine rolled over too and had already rolled over from previous one, it was an early december job.
Had a nice American Brothers meal for lunch and have entered the report with no probs (apart from not knowing what they want me to put for "time taken" in the receipt entering section. The maximum value was 60 but we were in there for an hour and 3/4)
Done and dusted now,was arranged before Christmas but an going to be much more selective with RE jobs going forward....
If you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:
  • Just done my first report for RE ... dare I say I quite like the new format? It was an Italian bros job and the questions seemed more straightforward and needing less clarification than usual.

Same here - see my message below yours - thought the report was straightforward and easy. We were in at 1.05 and out 2.45 so I had to put we were there for 60 mins as well.

Spent £14 less than the max reimbursement though!!!!

  • Found with TNS jobs on the day that you can't book them but if you email the contactus@ address and put Urgent Submission enquiry and state the job details they will often allocate it (providing no one has snapped it up or the time frame/day of week is wrong)
Thanks for the tip, i might be too late in the day now but ill give it a go. Might be useful to know another time anyway.

red fox - thats alot of eggs! I actually forgot about the eggs and bought some with my main shop at the start of the week, but i only did one 'egg job'!
