It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Bookie, repeat after me:

'No, sorry, I can't today, I'm too busy'

'No, I've made other plans, sorry'

'Unfortunately I'm not available on that date'

'I have a lot on at the moment so perhaps someone else could volunteer for that'

'Please could someone help me with xxx'

    'NO'

Bookie.......children (even grown ones can be so frustrating sometimes) my three have just driven me mental while out shopping...I hate it and they have had me in every shop going......and sometimes they don't shut up....

actually, I spend so much time on my own now during the week that I find constant chatter really irritating.....

edit: It was really much worse than I ^^^appears...Lils was looking for a party dress for christmas...being a size six it isn't easy....

  • to the shopping Sammy.

I have fixed the fireguard properly now. Knew I could if left alone to work it out.
Hoovered up all the dust and had a sandwich.
I have poured a glass of wine (I know, I know, downhill slope and all that) and will now tackle the JSA form.

    And breath ........
