    Night all. I am chatting to a friend on fb whose husband hasn't come home yet. They haven't been speaking for a couple of days but she was expecting him to come home at 6.30 as usual. Two young children too. ar£e

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Thanks guys - well he has 'previous' for this - 1 pm the next day last time ! She has persuaded me to go to bed altho she won't. Have told her to ring me anytime day or night if she needs to but feel bad 'leaving' her :-(
