Persistent infidelity, in women, is usually a solid indicator of poor self esteem and I would suggest that you urgently seek counselling before you cause irreperable damage to yourself, let alone anyone else.

Behaviour such as yours is achieving nothing except reinforcing those deep down feelings of worthlessness. You may get a high when some bloke fancies you but deep in your heart you already know that the course you are engaged upon simply adds to your own inner unhappiness.

You can stop yourself! You just need to recognise that the other men have no real feelings of any kind for you. The particular chap you keep thinking about has no love for you - would you give dangerously tainted food to the beloved family pet? Use reason to work out whether he truly cares for you or if you are a convenient bed mate and drug buddy. Have you a trusted person you can talk to - vicar, Samaritan, support worker?

You don't need me to tell you that you are playing a deadly game, do you?

No, I think honesty is the best policy. If she didn't tell him, he may think the break up's his fault, and try to win her back, thus further losing his dignity.
I think having someone to "blame" can help getting over it faster.
