hi well as the title states im a cheat...ive been with my oh for nearly 9 years ive cheated on him 7 times most one night stands but the last was for a year, i broke it off because it got messy there were drugs involved and i was becoming addicted the person i cheated with got me into this drug and when i broke it off i thought i was only with him because of the drug but months down the line i think of him constantly, i hate what i am doing to my bllisfully unaware partner because he is the kindest sweetest guy who would do anything for anyone and i love him to bits i just cant stop myself. the guy i broke up with has recently got back in touch and my head is spinning i desperatly want to see him and i hate myself for even thinking about him i dont even know why im posting this

You should do the decent thing and split up with your partner. The way you are acting isn't fair on him. You should at least break it off till you have gotten yourself back together. But cheating on him once would be bad enough but 7 times? Do you honestly think you should be with your OH cos your actions speak louder than words.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. You do not love this Man so do him a favour and leave so he can meet someone that doesn't treat him like !!!!!!! Cheating, whether a one night stand or a long-term relationship is despicable.

Do the right thing, and leave your poor OH to find someone who will deserve him. Why you are even still with him is beyond me, since you have no respect for him. End it with him now, and tell him why, so he can have closure quicker.
