Many years ago, over a period of more than a year, a friend of mine witnessed an idiot in a hurry on almost a daily basis. Invariably, about once a week, they arrived at the same time at the same junction with a set of traffic lights. They would both be travelling in the same direction until this point where the idiot in the "new" BMW would always turn left and my friend, in his 15 year-old Volvo that cost him £50 about 2 years before, would go straight on.
There were 3 lanes at the lights. All 3 lanes had road markings indicating "straight ahead" as a direction, whilst the lefthand lane also had "left turn" and the righthand lane had a "right turn" marker.

The queue to turn left was usually the longest and slowest moving so the man in a hurry would use the middle lane until that last minute and then cut in. However the lanes were quite wide and if the lights changed to red and he was quite near the front but still in the middle lane, invariably the idiot would make a new lane all of his own between the left and centre lanes and proceed to the very front.
When the lights changed he would accelerate quickly and then turn left immediately.
My friend saw this quite a few times from his car in various lanes and various positions in the queues.
He vowed to himself, that if he was ever at the front of the lefthand lane waiting for the lights to change, and this idiot appeared to the right of him, as soon as the amber light appeared, the engine would be revved to about 5000 rpm and at the merest hint of green he was going to drop the clutch and launch the Volvo straight ahead and keep going !

Sure enough he didn't have to wait too long. About 8 months later he found himself in exactly the situation he'd imagined. True to his word when green appeared he was off the line like James Hunt (Michael Schumacher of the day for all you youngsters) and true to form the BMW shot off as well, got a small advantage on the Volvo and then turned left. Made rather a mess of the BMW - not driveable afterwards and needed a tow-truck.
The Volvo ? Bent bumper, few scratches and dents in a wing, smashed indicator lens.
Cost less than a fiver to fix with parts from a car dismantler.
My friend never saw the BMW driver ever again and he continued the same journey at the same time of day for another 4 years !

Incidentally at the scene of the "accident" many other drivers obviously had to stop, and ultimately became witnesses, but having got out of their cars to help, several of them openly applauded my mate as he clambered out of his !!!!

I can't believe you'd admit to something so serious on a public forum. Brake fluid is nasty stuff (as I'm sure you know) and would cause injury to anybody who got covered in it, especially if the didn't know what it was.
Failing that it's just a cowardly act of criminal damage. If you can't handle bad drivers then stay off the road.
    Can I help?

I really can't believe some of the comments on this forum sometimes.

    Example:-

Running into cars like some demented vigilante?
Suggesting / inciting others into acts of criminal damage such as squirting brakefluid at people / property?

Do you not grasp or understand that the same laws applicable to the offline environment also apply online?

Of course it's also suggestions like this, which when / if ever carried out result in the rest of us paying ££ in huge increased premiums for your own mindless stupidity. So next time your motor insurance goes up by £100 for no reason, you now have a good demonstration of why this happens.

Okay so you got cut up, big deal, if this is all you have to worry about in life than you are one LUCKY individual.

If an other motorists actions had have caused an accident, then it's upto the law to deal with them, not YOU.

IMO, comments like this are akin to roadrage and since you seem to have fleeting thoughts about randomly ramming into other motorists just to make a point then you perhaps shouldn't be on the road either with that attitude!.

What if you had have run into the back of this other car and caused an accident or multiple pile up and somebody had been maimed or killed, would you feel so smug then????

    .....

I'm not sure if any of this was in response to my story of friend's actions of some 25 years ago but if it was I would just like to clarify what actually happened.

My friend was in a lane where "AHEAD" was a clear road marking.
He was not indicating that he was going to turn left.
The "idiot" was in a lane of his own making across 2 lanes most of which was the centre lane where "AHEAD" was the ONLY choice according to the road markings.
The idiot attempted to turn left basically from the centre lane.
Sadly (for the idiot) my mate got off the line as quickly as he did and the idiot turned into my friend's Volvo - NOT the other way around.
