As in A for absent?
Where is your logic? You'd bother to use proper spelling and grammar for a letter to the Queen (which would be read by 1 or 2 people and certainly not Liz herself) but when writing something which can be viewed by millions/billions worldwide you can't be @rsed? Weird.
just not as stuck up like some people to be bothered about spelling. if the poster get the just of what i'm saying thats fine with me who else cares apprt from you.0 -

Nothing to do with being stuck up. Spelling mistakes (like the 3 you've made in this post) are understandable. Repeatedly using the wrong word less so.
Using the wrong worms makes posts hard for people to reed write as it can give a completely different meaning. It also makes ewe look rather stupid, ewe sea?

You are noted as the main driver, aren't you? If your brother is still noted as the main driver, but is in fact abroad then you're fronting and your policy could well be void anyway.I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care

No because we thought his insurance for his car covered him 3rd party on cars that weren't his.
Its a complete myth that if you are fully comp on one vehicle then you are 3rd party for others.
I hear it time and time again from friends and family "Oh youre fully comp right? Well you can drive me car!". Wrong.
Then an argument ensues over the matter despite me always being right :money:0 -
At least he's being helpful.
Where are your helpful posts on this thread then?
I've posted useful information and indeed questions for the OP to answer based on the problems she's having. On the other hand the only reason you've posted on this thread is to slag me off. :rolleyes:I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care

The only problem with that arguement is that the vast majority of people who have a comprehensive policy in their own name would be covered to drive other peoples cars for third party only cover subject to the Insurers t&cs
So the chances are you would be wrong more times than you are right0 -

looking through insurance certificates today and my mums says on it that she is insured to drive other cars with fully comp insurance and she is insured on a 3rd party basis...Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

Im not wrong because I dont say to those people "no youre not entitled to drive other cars". I say "fully comp doesnt guarantee you the right to drive other vehicles as you always have to check with your own insurer.
If you dont know for a fact then you have to check which is what I did before I got in friends and colleagues cars.0
