    Ahhh thats interesting - had smoked fish last night but just had a salt craving (from the long run) so must have something saltyish for lunch...maybe some nice soup :)

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    No, not done yet Sal. The performances are Wednesday and Thursday and you cant rehearse too much with 100 ks1 kids :rolleyes: :D

    I've already cried a few times when they sing Away in a Manger, so mustnt forget me tissues this week :o

    Ames - i have a runner at the bottom of my bed... i consider it there to keep my feet warm....
