    Morning!

I'm seeing the psychiatrist in just over an hour, I'm really nervous about it because of all the ME clinic crap and I don't want to be left without any care/treatment at all, but I don't know where we can go from here.

Then the usual - housework, reading etc.

Does anyone know what the point of a bed runner is? My bed in a bag came with one and as far as I can see it's only purpose in life is to be something to pick up off the floor every morning and be as annoying as it can be!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Sounds like a brilliant plan for the holidays - am planning similar (except I'll be the only one running) :D

I think it's just supposed to look nice Ames, or in my case, something else for the cats to spread hairs all over!

Hope things go well with the psychiatrist Ames

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
