Weekly Flylady Thread 14th December 2009

Mudbath

It's chilly here! We were going to go to the cinema but we'll leave that until Christmas Eve now. I can't believe the price of going to the cinema. The money saver in me wants to go and buy a DVD instead but everyone really wants to see Christmas Carol and if I take food and drink with me it'll be a bit cheaper! I think i'm becoming Scrooge!!:rotfl:

As I'm not going anywhere in the snow I'm going to use today to finish of. My pledge is that by the end of today the Muddy household will be ready to have Christmas. So,
10.15 until 10.45 HHC...anyone want to join in. The next ones will be:

11 till 1130
1145 till 1215
1230 till 1

Then i'll see how i've done xx

Thanks for all the birthday wishes, I had a lovely day with a traditional family party tea to which a few other people were invited so that was really nice. Got some great presents including a watch from Miss A and W and an external hard drive from Mum and Dad, it is 1TB in size :eek: :eek: My sis gave me a mummy and baby piggy bank 'you like going on that Martin's website so thought you'd like them' too right I do

Still not caught up on the earlier part of the thread! So hugs to one and all. WM is on now, I need to get up to date with that and get some ironing done today. We have a carol service at 4pm and then we are nipping up to see my friends after that.

I had better get dressed and get stuck in, hope you all have a good day whatever you decide to do :wave:

Dont think I am going to get any more stars this week cos there seems to be a couple of things on each days list that I know is not going to get done but have done lots of things that are not on there :jiyswim.
Bought an Xmas pressies Friday and went to pack it and the damn thing is broken so that means another journey today back to the shop to change it :mad: Could really do without that. Not caught up on the thread but belated birthday wishes to AnW'sMum :bdaycake:
No snow here either and hoping it will stay away although would be welcomed on Xmas Day :T

Morning everyone, i got woke up this morning by crazy kids shouting ''it's snowing, it's snowing'' poor DS2 thought because it snowed santa might have come early.:D:rotfl:

We'd only had a little bit of snow this week that didn't lie, but we have about 2 inchs this morning so we're feeling alot more christmassy here.:D

Toots thanks i'm loving it. I'm really behind with christmas too and as everyone says it's only one day. Please sit back and enjoy the fact that the decorating is finished, everything always falls into place at Christmas.

Right i better get this fire lit.

Pillion hope your son recovers quickly from his accident and operation. Must have been very stressful for you.

Hugs to anyone else who needs them.

Need to nip to the shops for a couple of bits that i forgot of my shopping delivery then. Hope my car is still working, tried to go to work yesterday and it was dead:eek: Hubby charged the battery and fingers crossed it is ok now.

Will catch up later and do some serious flying.

My house will be tidy by Christmas!
