:hello:Hi G&B!! Love and hugs to your gorgeous DD, sorry to hear she's not very well again.

lil_me - yup, difficult parent here too... I did think for a few minutes before deciding that it was worth making a fuss over. Hugs for you tonight, you're a complete star with your boys.

I ended up running a taxi service for most of the day, rather than have my planned day off. So, very large glass of wine (yes, from France!) with dinner, and then have been doodling around on here for a while.

I will do some flying tomorrow - no, honestly, I really will...;):D

boddy - I was sorry to hear of the problems with your mum's home. How is your mum now?

:hello:Hi to all my flylady friends!!

G&B missed you hun. So sorry to hear your little angel has been poorly again. I hope she has the best christmas ever. How is your Dad?

I missed all you guys too:A My dad is doing quite well actually! He has nearly recovered from the surgery and is back doing half days at work. He was due radiotherapy but it is on hold just now as things are stable so they are giving him more time to recover.
Really excited as my brother who lives in australia is coming over for a surprise visit over xmas, my mum and dad dont know and they will be so thrilled to see him so we will hopefully have a lovely family xmas:D

Hugs Lil_me - you're a star and I know you're lucky to have your boys but they're very lucky to have you as a mum xxx

I've just done the online banking and DH got paid today instead of the last day of the month. They always pay early at Christmas but never this early. I'm going to have to be soooooooo careful not to run out by the middle of January! I'm going to try and pretend it's not there though it is VERY tempting.

Time to do a washing load xx

GnB - great to see you back. I was thinking about you earlier today and wondering if you and yours were ok.

I spent the rest of the afternoon making Jamies family christmas gravy (over rated IMHO) and some delia chocolate truffles which may single handedly be responsible for me putting a stone back on.

I nipped into my local one first thing and snapped up 3, but I'm stashing them for birthday presents throughout the year.

I also recycled some raggy clothes, handed in a bag to Cancer Research, bought birthday cards for my January people and got my groceries. I'm now knackered and vegging out on the settee, decluttering the sky plus :D
Did they let you do them of 3 for 2, mine said I couldnt even use 1 as part of 3 for 2 so ended up spending £86

I'm to be the recipient of a very expensive (3 grand) leather 3 and 2 seater settee in about 7 weeks, no I'm not buying a new one :D DIL's mam is doing the buying, I'm getting her old one (good as new tbh, she replaces stuff every time she decorates, which is every 3 months lmao) for £200 which I can pay in installments if I like :j ooooooh get meeeeeeeeeee! Seeing as the hideously uncomfy ugly beasts I have now are ripped to bits and belong on the tip I'm mega excited, 2010 is 'do up the house year' and this will start if off nicely.
This is sooo our suite and we're having to wait to afford thew one we really we want which is £3k for a 2 seat 3 seat and 1 chair :p

Oh I now OFFICIALLY have 2 complicated children ***rolls eyes*** DS2 got is Autistic Spectrum Disorder diagnosis today. They haven't told me anything I didn't know but still got that 'odd' feeling, like when DS1 was diagnosed even if I expected that too. It's like I had no idea, feeling a tad delicate but will be ok tomorrow no doubt.
Have a hug sweetie, and I cant put it better than the lovely piggers did

I too would love the community spirit like poohbear obviously has rather than the charming people who snaffled DH's xmas present

I'm sure there was loads I wanted to say but cant remember again (tired today but only a combination of late night and early morning)

Flying - the only things I have done today are
    • cleared up the mess we made making 3d Snowflakes and try and keep on top of the melting snow being dropped through the house
    • cooked tea
    • cleared away
    • filled the dishwasher and
    • S/S kitchen
Hav pretty much given up on lists but dont need to go again until delivering stuff so can take my time.

Love and hugs to all who are in need
