Lil_me.. you know it is a step forward and being given a reason makes it somehow rather more acceptable. It is hard being handed a label.. When Moomin was given the CP label I just cried.. knowing it doesn't change who they are or they way you feel about them doesn't make it any less traumatic right at that moment.. I think it is made worse by the fact you have known for so long there is something but not quite what.. a kind of relief in a way? Anyway, he is still a lovely beautiful intelligent young man who is incredibly lucky to have you in his life.. and you are to have him. Sending big big hugs your way.. and I'm sure you'll feel better tomorrow too.. xx

Triker.. hugs hun.. you know where to find me if you need an ear to bend xxx

Just got a large ebay parcel to package then we are of OH's mums for the squeakend.. BUT.. don't get too excited about my absence... we have internet there too.. Mr Lappy is coming with me!

Ooooohhhhhhh - welcome back GnB xx

Crafty - happy birthday - hope you're having a good day. I've got a funny feeling I've already said that once today but perhaps the mulled wine is fuddling my brain!

Dusty - I'm glad the decorations made you smile. I used to have the most fab client who sadly died a few years ago. This is the first year that I unpacked the ceramic tealight holder Christmas tree (sounds awful but is gorgeous) and I smiled as I thought of her. I'd always admired a similar one at her house and one Christmas she gave me one as a present. Nice to have good memories of her now.

LL - I can just imagine the looks you were getting for holding up the queue. I do hope you went at lunch time and on pension day but then I'm just plain mean!!!

I've just had an email from the Hut to say that they can't guarantee to send out Miracle on 34th Street until January. Three minutes later I got an email to say it had been dispatched! Crazy people!

My neighbour has just popped round with Christmas presents for us and the children. The nicest thing was the card which said 'to very special neighbours' - it gave me a pang. Mind you, toots would argue that i've always been 'special'.

DH on his way home from where ever he's been the last few days. I'm working tomorrow and Wednesday but as work never seems like work it really feels like Christmas has started.

    I'm off to s/s.

I've got a Christmas yankee burning....I so love the smell!

    xx

She has a sleeping beauty dress and tiara, some pony in my pocket things, a barbie and barbie's horse and some books. Plus a few wee bits and pieces for her stocking. I cant wait, we're all really excited.
