Urgent jobs for tonight:
take rubbish out
start DW
place amazon and book people orders
And that's it! I've decided on an early night, maybe with a hot choc (I wonder whether that would go with Bailey's?). If I make it into bed before 11pm it will be a miracle.
Tomorrow is going to be a busy day, so I need to be up to the challenge. I want to sort out the living room, kitchen and bathroom. DS1 has promised to help DS2 sort out his toys, which may or may not work out. I've not done my usual shopping trip tonight, because of the weather, so I've got to think about what we really need and maybe go very early (or late) tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to reading the thread more often in the next two weeks, rather than my usual post-and-run, so I get the chance to reply, too.
Good night everyone.

Thanks for your support, I know I am being daft, it doesn't change who he is like I tell people all the time. Feel a right dafty but know the feeling now is part pf the 'process'. Cried which I think I needed then cried some more when I came on here because you are all so lovely. So thank you Dusty, I will have that wobble & recover ASAPI seem to be having one after the other at the minute.
I must get some stuff sorted tonight, promised DP I would sort some stuff so he can take it to the garage, I'd love to get a Christmas tree if we get sorted & I have enough cash left. The boys are not asleep yet anyway, took me nearly 1 hour to find them as they had took off & gone in someones house. Tried not to be cross with them, even if I was walking the streets in a blizzard looking for them when they weren't supposed to leave the garden, by the time I got my shoes on & went out they were gone! Kids eh.One day I might be more organised...........

my lovely friend A appeared at 1pm because my cleaner is ill and was upset that she couldnt sort out my LR - so A and her hubby (the painter) came instead - what lovely friends - they cleared the LR - what doesnt have a home or is being ebayed or freegled is neatly stacked in the hall - everywhere has been dusted polished and hoovered and looks great. I am sooooooooo lucky.
And the painter chased up the plumber so he appeared at 5pm and re-connected my radiators so I am all cosy again.
I have quite a lot to sort out and deal with myself but it is all in a manageable state now.
and if you notice Amazon has disappeared from my lists - i have listed 7 books tonight- 1 for each day - I may do more but that is at least what i was aiming for.

No, I was hoping it would be, but thought cause it was such a good deal it wouldnt be IYSWIM. They had big signs up beside the display saying that it wasnt part of the 3 for 2 deal. I've no idea how I'm going to wrap them:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm watching an ancient episode of Delia's Christmas on Good Food plus (sky 250). Will be interesting to see how much she's changed for the new programme that was on at the beginning of the month0

I watched the Delia thing on iplayer earlier but got bored and gave up tbh. Used to love Delia as well - wasnt sure if it was her or me? It was before I started on the wine though
Tooch - I think it has been fairly quiet for weeks tbh. I have been 'talking' to my sister in NZ on Facebook which was nice.
