    Have heard that I have parcels waiting for me at the petrol station. Maybe get them tomorrow. I could do with a snow plough here. This is day three of beng blocked in.

    Lots done woohoo I finally caught up this week...........I was up till 2am cleaning but it was all done before mum arrived from Scotland this morning luckily the weather didn't cause to many travel problems.

    Hope everyone is having a good day havent had a chance to catch up on thread but will do tonight big hugs to all that need it.

    Afternoon. So far I've taken friend shopping, collected my £25 voucher from Mr M's.
    Rang up Mum, put on Gammon shank and have peas soaking for boggie soup and dumplings. Ham smelling good already. Pots soaking in sink ready for wash, 2 other errands this afternoon.
    Don't know whats up with me, just want to cry, feel totally overwhelmed with everything and just wish there was someone I could hand the reins over to.
    Finances or lack of them is really getting me down, been like this for 4 years now, you'd think I'd be used to it, but it just seems to get harder and harder.
    Roll on 2010, things can only get better (can't they?)

    Brilliant kindling - nothing quite like 50 year old bone dry studding :p. I have a couple of baskets of it from last weekend.

    All flylady cards now in the hands of Royal Mail it took an hour to get them all weighed & paid for :eek: only 2 cashiers on duty so built up a lovely queue :rotfl: I just smiled sweetly as I left & wished them all a Merry Christmas :rotfl:


    Will grab a cuppa & catch up with the thread now.......:D

      Of course there will be a list next week.. we had one christmas day last year which everyone found mightily usefull.. all sensible stuff which makes the days festivities run smoothly..

      [STRIKE]Declutter [/STRIKE]and mop/vacuum the floors
      [STRIKE]Find[/STRIKE] and wipe the worksurfaces
      Level Two
      Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
      Wipe small appliances and replace.. [STRIKE]do one thoroughly[/STRIKE].. descale or decrumb or [STRIKE]degunge![/STRIKE]
      Clear and wipe a shelf and a window sill
      Run the appliances through a clean cycle! degunge filters etc
      Level Three
      [STRIKE]Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.[/STRIKE]
      [STRIKE]Sort through and clean out ALL the food cupboards.. Sling the grot that has been in there since time began!![/STRIKE]
