You should - they're really not difficult ;) We went for a walk today and picked some willow. DH made it into a wreath base for a friend :T

I'll add this to the Daily thread where posters discuss the ups and downs of their Old Style day :D

    evening!
back from another very long and LOUD day at work!:D have just scanned the thread quickly while watching x factor.

Redruby (((hugs))) we have had falling out like this in our family and luckily they have always been resolved. My only suggestion is to be patient and hope they see sense in the end. x x x x

Diva - I agree with you re the free dancing, not my cup of tea at all but I did think the male dancer was rather hunky:o:D ( I like a muscular man)I much prefer the ballroom dancing myself.

not much OS today or tomorrow due to work but washing will be hung on airers and food will be from the storecupboard and freezer.

    PP - hope you're ok x

have a great evening all x

my 3 votes defo made a difference ;)
  • Anyone else think X Factor was a bit of an anti-climax tonight?! Glad Joe won, although both were good. I just had it on in the background as I was trying to pack and also dyed my hair! I didn't really manage to pack much but I have an idea of what I'm going to take now.

Just relaxing with a glass of wine now :)

I did manage to make a dinner and use up all my fresh stuff. I froze one and a half peppers (chopped) and 2 cooked jacket potatoes, plus 2 servings of mash!

I watched Love Actually and Elf earlier whilst cooking but still not feeling too Christmassy.

Tomorrow I am off to visit the BBC Orchestra in the morning then I have my Christmas do in the evening so I may not post.
