That link seems to be dead but can't think of a reason to stop ignoring them
Sorry it is not a dead link at all - my bad.
Still - ignore itWe all evolve - get on with it0 -

It's the usual rubbish and they can't seem to be able to differentiate between the registered keeper and the driver. Just ignore. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Doesn't matter who the PPC is, they tend to follow the same well-trodden path of standard letters designed to frighten you. By way of illustration, here's the letterchain by NCP so you can see what you'll get next:

here is a pictogram of the letterchain by another PPC, namely Euro Car Parks:

(notice 'END OF SCAM' for both!)
(many thanks to Alx*27 for posting these links ages ago).
The private parking company will NOT take you to Court, and a Debt collection agency - Roxburghe, who will send you a letter or two in a few weeks - cannot do anything at all except bother you (which can be construed as harassment, which IS illegal)!
Once you have the two Graham White letters shown in the first link, it will all stop.
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi guys, it's me again and I just wanted to keep a update on what's been going on.
Since my last post I received 2 new letters and I looked at the link posted by Coupon-mad and 2 of them are different to what the diagram shows and I am actually starting worry that I may be unlucky and that I may end up having to pay this excessive fine?
Please can someone help me out again on this..
The letters are as follows:

A small change to the text but still the same content as it were.
Graham White is not a name which strikes fear into recipients of these letters.0 -

Here's a link to the whole sub-board here so you can see just how many people are running current threads about PPC scams. You are not alone and you won't have to pay this!
If you click on the first sticky thread on the list, 'PPC letters, what to expect' you will in the first post a whole host of images of letters from various PPCs. Have a look at each one and you'll no doubt find yours:

Since I posted the last reply to you, NCP have started using a last-ditch letter from a debt collector called PCS as you will see on that thread. Whether it's PCS, Graham White or other debt collectors or (LOL!) solicitors, the letter-heading makes no odds, NCP are just trying out different threatograms. Google 'Graham white parking ticket' or 'Graham White scam' or similar and you'll see what the internet world thinks about that firm!
Nothing to worry about, you'll be very near the end now as you can see from the example letter-chains that include Graham White (pathetic company that sometimes harass people with phone calls as well. Put the phone down if that happens).
They will give up fairly soon as there is nowhere they can go with this when someone ignores them. There is a limit to the amount of postage, paper, ink and man-hours they will waste on an ignorer.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
