Forward Cellular are great

I have nothing to do with Forward Cellular so this is an indpendent view.

I got a phone in November on one of their 'madness' offers and was very sceptical about how it would turn out. I have found them nothing but 1st class with their customer service and the £241 cashback duly arrived only a week or so late with only one chasing email. As long as they keep up the service they have provided to date, I would use them as my 1st choice of provider.

I have to say I agree with you, I've found forward cellular to be very good in terms of their offers and although they are a little slow they do deliver in the end. They dont seem that strict on the cashback period and you can usually get the cashback after the first couple of months other companies take note.
    ummm...
  • I agree too - definately worth dealing with , and very helpful too!

I got another phone recently from onestopphoneshop and that haven't bothered to reply to either of the 2 emails I sent them several weeks ago.

Who do you think will get my business in future ?

Am sure this is a stupid question, but what are these guys involved in (Forward Cellular)? And what is this cashback all about?

Is there some other thread I can read up, to get to know abt this?

    Thanx Knuckledragger

Just had a look at the site - do you mean, say in January, I sign up for a service that requires me to pay £11 per month for the first three months, and £22 for the next nine months. In February, I actually get a cashback for 11*3 + 22*9 = £231, with the only condition that I keep the connexion for 12 months?

What is the catch? Where do THEY make the money???

  • Walletwatch,
If you signed up this month, then next month you would get your first bill. Send that off and by the end of March you would get your entire years line rental rebated by cheque.
Where do they make money? They sell you a phone... and a small rebate on your monthly spend I think.

  • Pity the poor non-MSE'rs that walk into a high street store and have to pay £300 more than we do for the same deal (like my mother-in-law just did)!

FC are great. Pay up cashbacks and have the most attractive deals available, a whole year's rebate within 2months. I have 4 contracts with them, 2 I took out recently.

The difference of paying £300 a year is you get the latest phones. For those of us who doesn't want to pay for the latest range of phones and want to save money these cashback deals are excellent. ::)
